Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of aiexposure.io ("AIExposure", "we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing a report you agree to them. Questions: info@aiexposure.io.
The service
AIExposure analyzes a website you submit and produces an AI-visibility report: a free summary (score, top issues, quick wins) and an optional paid Full Report with the complete breakdown of all checks, per-platform scores and step-by-step recommendations.
Payments
The Full Report is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. After payment, the report is unlocked immediately on your results page.
Refunds — 14-day guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Full Report for any reason, email info@aiexposure.io within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You may keep the report. This voluntary guarantee does not limit any statutory rights you have as an EU consumer.
What the reports are (and are not)
- Reports are automated, informational analyses based on publicly accessible signals of your website at the time of the audit.
- They are recommendations, not guarantees. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic or revenue outcomes from applying them.
- Scores can change as your website, AI platforms and our checks evolve.
Acceptable use
- Only audit websites you own or are authorized to analyze.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.
Intellectual property
You may use, share and adapt the reports you purchase for your own business purposes. The AIExposure name, site content, and audit engine remain our property.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
